What is cervical fluid? 

The fluid released  by the cervix is called cervical Fluid or (cervical mucus) and yes, less cervical fluid affect fertility. Cervical mucus helps in the smooth transport of ovum to meet sperm. The function of cervical mucus also includes nourishment, making sperm fit for fertilization ,storage etc.

The  mucus changes with your cycle But some of you may be facing the problem of less cervical fluid and you may be in doubt whether your body is ovulating or not.        These oral medications reduce the level of estrogen in the body which causes the cervical mucus to dry up. This is because the exposure  of estrogen causes cervical mucus to be thin and watery. So the reduction in the level of estrogen would make the body produce dry  mucus.

2) Cervicitis
